Actor Sooraj Pancholi, who made his acting debut with the Salman Khan-produced movie ‘Hero’ (2015), did not get the kind of response he would have probably expected from the industry and audiences. After his debut movie sank at the box-office, he had to wait for close to three years to bag his second film i.e. ‘Time To Dance’. Luckily, the actor did not have to wait that long to sign his third movie. Yes, if reports are to be believed, the young actor has just bagged his third Bollywood film. The yet-to-be-titled movie will be directed by National Award winner director Irfan Kamal and produced by Murad Khetani.
Confirming the development, producer Khetani says that the film will be set against the backdrop of a travelogue. “It is a human story of a soldier set against the backdrop of a travelogue. Sooraj’s character will go from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. We will launch a new girl opposite him.”
As mentioned by the producer, Sooraj Pancholi will play the role of an army man in the movie. Currently, the actor is busy shooting for ‘Time To Dance’ in London. Once he wraps up his ongoing project with debutante Isabelle Kaif, he will start shooting for his third film. But before that, he will be preparing for his part in the next two months. Apart from getting a military cut, Sooraj will also undergo combat training to pull off his role in the movie.
If all goes well, the makers will begin production towards October-end in Kashmir. The film might hit the silver screen in the second half of 2019. More details are awaited.
