Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor & Bobby Deol to reunite again for ‘Race 4’?

‘Race 3’, which hit the silver screen on 15th June, has been performing extremely well at the cash counter in spite of garnering mixed reviews from critics with some of them even terming the action entertainer as one of the worst movies of the year. However, negative reviews have not hampered the growth of the film at the box-office very much. After closing out its first weekend at a mind-blowing Rs. 106.47 crores, ‘Race 3’ minted another Rs. 14.24 crores on Monday, taking its cume to a humongous Rs. 120.71 crores. These numbers show that Salman Khan’s fandom is enough to decide the fate of his films.

However, just like critics, the audience is also divided in their opinion on the movie. There are some who did not like it at all and then there are also the people who are showering their love on the Salman Khan starrer abundantly. We have the great news for the ones who loved the film ignoring its various flaws. According to reports, Salman and team are planning to come up with ‘Race 4’ soon. We hear that plans are already underway for the next instalment which will star Salman, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol.

“The team is already planning ‘Race 4’ which could get priority over the family film, ‘Dabangg 3’, which Prabhu Deva is to direct for Salman Khans’ production house. But, Prabhu has to clear the decks in the South before he gets down to ‘Dabangg 3’ which won’t be happening until the end of 2019. ‘Race 4’ may happen before that,” one of Salman Khan’s close friends lets on. “Remo D’souza, who directed ‘Race 3’, may not direct ‘Race 4’ as he is committed to direct a Varun Dhawan-Katrina Kaif starrer,” adds the source.
