Fans are just waiting for the day when they get to see Varun Dhawan and Katrina Kaif in their upcoming dance-based film, which was announced a couple of weeks ago with much fanfare. It will be the first time when the duo comes together to share the screen space in a film. To be helmed by choreographer-turned-filmmaker Remo D’souza, the untitled film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series Films.
The latest update on the much-anticipated project is that it will be sometime before the film goes on the floors. According to a report published in a popular film magazine, Varun Dhawan is currently busy with Yash Raj Films’ ‘Sui Dhaga: Made In India’ with Anushka Sharma and he has also begun shooting for Karan Johar’s upcoming multi-starrer ‘Kalank’, so it will not be possible for the actor to give his dates to the makers of his dance-based film. Earlier, the film was set to mount the shooting floor later this year, but now it is being reported that it will start rolling from early next year.
The Remo D’souza directorial is being described as the biggest dance film ever made in India. Though the makers have not shared many details on the project, it is rumoured to be a part of the ‘ABCD’ franchise. It is expected to be made in 3D technology.
