Jacqueline Fernandez injured on the sets of her next Race 3
‘Race 3’ is being touted as the biggest action thriller of 2018. Since the movie is the next instalment of the massively successful Hindi film franchise ‘Race’ (2008), the audience has pinned a lot of hopes on it. To ensure that ‘Race 3’ exceeds everybody’s expectations, its lead actors are working day and night. Currently, the whole team is in Abu Dhabi where they are filming some high octane action sequences. The bad news from the sets is coming in that lead actress Jacqueline Fernandez injured herself while shooting for a dangerous action sequence in Abu Dhabi.
According to reports, the actress suffered an eye injury and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. She was administered primary treatment and, thereafter, the actress returned to the sets to resume shooting as, according to some reports, the final schedule of the film is already on a tight timeline.
Ramesh Taurani, who is co-producing ‘Race 3’ along with Salman Khan, confirmed the news and said that Jacqueline suffered an injury just above her eye while playing squash. Apparently, the ball hit her eye during the game, causing insufferable pain.
Besides Jacqueline Fernandez, ‘Race 3’ also stars Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem in pivotal roles. Helmed by Remo D’Souza, the film is being bankrolled by Salman Khan Films and Tips Films.
‘Race 3’ is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 15th June 2018, on the auspicious occasion of Eid.
