The upcoming Hindi film, ‘Loveratri’, which was earlier scheduled to hit screens on 21st September, will now release on 5th October 2018. Superstar Salman Khan, who is producing the movie under his production house, Salman Khan Films, announced the new release date on his Twitter account in a very cryptic way though.
Yesterday, the ‘Dabangg’ (2010) star wrote on his Twitter account, “#Loveratri releasing 224 days from today… batao kya date hai release ki?”. If we count the days, we know the movie will enter cinemas on 5th October. However, Salman did not reveal any reason behind pushing the release date of the film by two weeks.
‘Loveratri’ is one of the highly awaited films of 2018 as it marks the entry of another member of the Khan family in Bollywood. Yes, the movie will introduce Salman Khan’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma who is married to his younger sister Arpita Khan. Besides Aayush, the film also stars debutante Warina Hussain who plays the female lead.
Reportedly, ‘Loveratri’ is based in Gujarat and revolves around the love story of a couple who meets during Navratri. Recently, Salman unveiled the first look poster of both the actors, which took the social media by storm, showing that the audience is waiting for the flick with a lot of excitement. Besides Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain, no other actors have been finalized for the film as yet.
To be directed by Abhiraj Minawala, ‘Loveratri’ is written by Naren Bhatt.
