Along with a series on the Great Gama, Salman Khan to also produce a show on Mumbai Police


    Apart from acting in movies, superstar Salman Khan also runs a production house called Salman Khan Films and produces films and television serials under the same. While his movie banner has just announced its fifth venture ‘Loveratri’, featuring his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma alongside Warina Husain, the megastar is also producing a show based on the life of distinguished wrestler Ghulam Mohammad Baksh, popularly known as ‘The Great Gama’ or Gama Pahlawan.

    Apart from all this, the latest we hear that Salman Khan is keen to produce a cop-based show revolving around Mumbai police force. Spilling some more beans on the show, a well-placed source reveals to a daily, “Salman is already on board for season three of ‘Dus Ka Dum’ which is expected to go on air in June. Talks have been on for a fiction show with Sony for some time now. Casting is expected to begin soon and if everything works out as planned, it will go on air by the year-end.”

    Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently busy with the shooting of his forthcoming action-thriller film, ‘Race 3’. Helmed by Remo D’Souza, the movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Saqib Salim.

    Before flying to Thailand for ‘Race 3’ shooting, Salman shot for promos for his much-awaited upcoming reality show, ‘Dus Ka Dum’. The third season of the show is being planned on a big scale and is expected to be more interactive. “The team has been having long meetings with Salman and working on making the upcoming season more interactive, unlike the previous ones so viewers get to play along with the contestants while watching the episodes,” adds the source.
